Vacancy: Business Analyst
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience implementing ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in flowcharts, databases, and use cases.
- Knowledge of at least 2 software development methodologies.
- English level B2–C1.
Functions:
- Lead sessions for gathering and analyzing requirements with clients and stakeholders.
- Write user stories aligned with client needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and the client throughout the project cycle.
